Anything by Tool or Rush.
The bassline from "Starless And Bible Black" by King Crimson.
Also the classic three note bassline from Lou Reed's "Walk On The Wild Side".

Metallica's "Orion", Track 7 on Master of Puppets.
If you don't own Master of Puppets, buy it now! It's easily one fo the best Metal albums ever made, if the not the best album ever made, ever!!!

Some other good bass riffs are 'The Trooper' By Iron Maiden, 'Bible Black' By Heaven and Hell (Black Sabbath), or 'Wake Up' by Rage Against the Machine.

Have fun!!!

There aren't many words I can say to accompany this video. Cliff Burton is God, you will worship.
To bad that this God died in '86.Stupid Sweden.
He didn't die, his soul divided into 4 fragments. Those fragments are:
Steve Digiorgio (Sadus , Death)
John Myong (Dream Theater)
Alex Webster (Cannibal Corpse)
Michael Lepond (Symphony X)

I've always been partial to Golden Earring's basslines.

Muse are awesome. Their basslines in general are great.

The Strokes - Juicebox

Can't find a video right now, as I am freaking tired, but the beginning of the song is a quick and easy bassline that's fun to play.

I have never, or have ever met someone who listens to a song to check out the bassline. You have way too much time.

Augury - Cosmic migration

I liked the bass in this song very much. That litte bass part at 2.40-3.00 is amazing too.
