www.armorgames.com has some real classics. I hold a special place in my heart for the Four Second series, a game consisting of several dozen minigames that change at random, with only four seconds to complete each one.

But one of the best games I've ever played is the Fancy Pants Adventures, which is like the Psychonauts of free internet games. Charming level design and gameplay with delightful guitar riffs in the background.

The Portal Flash game was a definitely fun time. And for the sake of how stupidly amusing and fun it was, the Trogdor game on Homestarrunner.com =p

There's also Façade [http://www.interactivestory.net/download/], downloadable for free... there's nothing quite like it.

If you enjoy turn-based strategy then http://www.weewar.com is the game for you!

It has a limited selection of maps and units when you play for free, but even those make a great game. Also, free users can still join games created by Pro users, and thus play with the full range of maps and units.

EDIT: Looks like WeeWar just switched over to a new server cluster. Seems to be crash-tastic at the moment. Hopefully it will be running properly again before I go into withdrawal...
