Getting walked on by a scarab in halo 2, where there is only one point in the game you can walk under it.

Hitting Sheogorath in Oblivion. It's fun seeing yourself fall from thousands of feet in the air... Until you land!
I loved that, such a fantastic view, followed by a sickening splat.
I hate to be annoying and girly, but ewww!!! I'm glad I don't play many games if that kinda thing happens.

Call of Duty 4 multiplayer, gametype Search and Destroy.
You take the Bomb and jump down the well. Nobody can reach the bomb unless they jump down themselves

There's always Mirror's Edge - diving off a rooftop, turning around and flicking the V's at a pursuing SWAT team.

And Kamikaze in Worms. Blasting through scenery as if it's not there, then exploding in your enemy's face.

Putting a hammer through your chest in Shadowgate.

I mean, Shadowgate was filled with all kinds of fun ways to die, but ramming the hammer through your chest instead of, say, smashing your head with it always made me chuckle.

One I always found particularly chilling: In "Shadow of the Colossus," Take Wander over to that HUGE ravine near the starting temple. Agro won't take the jump, and, it seems at first, Wander won't either. But, if you persist, he eventually jumps into the ravine, falls for quite some time, then everything fades to black . . . game over.

Probably the most disturbing suicide in a game to date.

Drive into a minefield with several fusion coils, with a mongoose in Halo 3.

Jump off of Tenpenny Tower and try to land on the gate with one leg on each side of it. I did that once, and he got stuck there in the best death position.

Understandable ;)
I am happy to say that I have never experienced anything like that in a game.

GTA...just walk into a gang and bump into them...yeah, the Persians and Ballas were the most agressive lol....in Tomb raider: swim with pyrannahs or jump of a big rock and paralyze yourself....;)

Some of re5 interactive cutscenes have some brutally funny deaths, like wesker snapping chris`s neck while backflipping over him , or chris being drivien into a helicopter blade , or wesker ripping your heart out

Battlefield 2.

If you're playing commander you can drop supply boxes and vehicles to different locations on the map, so I explain all this to my friend who I'm teaching the game, he tries to resupply himself and quits the commander screens just in time to see a box crush him.

In Oblivion, there was a glitch with paint brushes. When you dropped them, they floated in the air, and you could stand on them. If you had enough, it was possible to make a staircase out of them, and go higher than any building. And then you'd jump off. Beautiful.

In Fallout 3...

Pile up every mine you ever found in the game at the highest point up on the balcony at Tenpenny Tower. Plasma mines, normal mines from Minefield, Pulse mines, even the Bottlecap mines.

Stand on said pile.

Pull out MIRV. Fire downwards.

You will not hit the ground before it asks if you want to reload. You will swear for a minute that your corpse is Superman.

Look "attacking Sheogorath" up on youtube, it's a really great scene, there's nothing bloody about about it, you just die after seeing one heck of a beautiful view.
