The best K/D ratio you've ever gotten.

I usually play BC2 Hardcore which makes it hard to get high K/D ratios :< So my highest is 2.00 with 20/10... was playing as as amedic with a shotgun(solids) and Assault with M14/ACOG.
Oh, and I do have a K/D where I had I think 40/2 on BF2142, me and my friend were holding a point by ourselves, both as snipers (the standard one, we were not cheap) and most kills was knife or pistol... aah, good days

It was about 60/0 one time. I was playing multiple rounds or arena as scout in tf2 and just killing the entire team over and over.

Probably something on Battlefield: Bad Company 2. Haven't played it in a while but I used to be a really good sniper. Definitely remember getting a 43/1 Ratio once but tbh that's not as good as it sounds in that game. If you're good and find a good spot to snipe from you can do much better.
most recently? Bad Company, rocking the Assault class, 43-3 on a conquest match. I felt like god. I have also failed to get back to that level of awesome since, and really only ever play Rush nowadays...
All time? SW:Battlefront 2, on PC. twas a server with friendly fire off. I went nuts as the vanguard class and got a 72/2 kdr. For the Empire, bitches.

At my old school we used to use the computer lab for giant LAN games of Unreal Tournament. I seemed to be the only one who could actually play the game and several times I reached the 200 frag limit without dying.

KDR is not related to skill. If you're in a server where you get 20/1 type of stats, it just means you're on the wrong server, playing against people that have a lower skill level and you get nothing out of it. And there are hundreds of better players who you possibly don't stand a chance against.
In short: You only learn if you play against players who are better than you, or at least about as good as you.
I prefer playing on servers where I'll be glad to do good and have to actually use my skills and brains, instead of just shooting some awful random kiddos.
