For a game, it would have to be the first trailer for GTA Vice City, the one with the Flock Of Seagulls song. Considering I had never really been interested in GTA after the original I'd never wanted a game so much after seeing the trailer just once.

I always loved this Trailer from Mirror's Edge. I enjoyed the final game, but it was still a massie let down.
