The Big Empty?

in the New Vegas DLC they talk about a place called the big empty thats a graveyard of prewar science. weapons, slave colars, stasis chanbers, and technology you can only dream of. I believe this will be a futre DLC and i believe it will be what Area 51 used to be

Where is that mentioned? I don't remember any such place coming up in conversation although I agree, there's almost certainly going to be an area 51 DLC
