We've all been there: bored as heck, wishing there were something to do.

So let's stick all our suggestions for what to do when bored in this thread. All suggestions must link to free content (or require a free registration), mayn't be illegal and we'll take 'browse and post on the Escapist' as a given, since that's every loyal Escapist's default anyway!

To kick us off, here's a fun physics game [http://www.bored.com/game/play/150782/Blosics_2.html].

Click the "Random Page" button on Wikipedia. When you find an article, choose whether it would be a good name for a song, movie, or band. Put in as much detail as you want.

And then repeat.

On a side note, this helped me with writing. It helps with naming characters, places, et cetera.

Warning: stock up on food before clicking the following link!

TVTropes [http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/HomePage]

That'll keep you busy for a... while. Open a random page and let the wiki do its magic.

Play the Wikipedia Game, or say a word over and over and over until it sounds like gibberish.

What I do, is get two random pages and try to get from one to the other.

And indestructo-tank is always fun!
