The Brothers Grimsby - We're Done with Sacha Baron Cohen Now, Yes?

Sacha Baron Cohen needs to do more serious roles. He was my favourite thing in Hugo by miles, very funny but intimidating and sad all at the same time.

So knowing he can do that, why the Hell does he persist in doing this? I have to guess the answer's money, it usually is.

He can act, that's for sure, he does these bits because... well god knows why, because they amuse him?

I'll withhold judgement until I see the movie, but I'm hopeful that it'll be good. Then again, I feel like the only person who nearly busted a gut laughing at The Dictator. It was the perfect blend of irreverent, dark, and stupid for my taste.

My friend, the 7 other people in the theater, and myself were all laughing historically throughout The Dictator... to the point that I, personally, can never watch the water-downed/censored version on television...

OT: Sounds like I might enjoy it not as much as Bruno, but just enough to make me laugh as much as The Dictator...

Other than that, is it's Sahsa's dick or Mark's dick that will make up the "graphic nudity" portion of this movie? I'm asking for a friend...

For a divisive movie like this one, I expected to hate it - much like Hot Tub Time Machine 2 and all rest of the "comedy" crap Hollywood has been putting out over the last couple of years. Where is the next Old School or Wedding Crashers? However, I'm happy to say that I LOVED this movie - laughed so hard that it hurt from the beginning to end. The direction and editing are pitch-perfect, and the chemistry between the leading actors is amazing. Isla Fisher was pretty much a non-entity, but everyone else in the cast knocked it out of the park. I have a feeling this is a movie about expectations. I had rock bottom expectations and was in pain from laughing so hard.
