The Brown Argument

Granted, brown does work for some scenarios (Fallout, Wartorn Battlefield etc.) But most modern shooters overdo it, and so EVERY SINGLE BLOODY COLOUR is a shade of either brown, grey or muzzle flash.

Not so much an "argument" as the title suggests, but more of a venting.

I stopped reading after the second sentence. There's far too many people in the world who rant for attention. I don't have enough time to give to all of them.

Anyway, you didn't really insult me with alleged point number three. What you did was frame an entire issue poorly, and then call people racists for enjoying a variety of colors.

And that's what we in the industry call a "joke"

I'm not trying to defend brown here, I personally find it a pretty bland colour but, as has been said better than me in this thread [] these "generic brown" games have loads of colour that people look over with their rage filled eyes.
And I agree 1) was a pretty stupid point, no idea what I was thinking with that one.

Fair enough. It really came off to me as a defense of brown. D:

In any case, I'm not a huge fan of shooters, and the ones I do play tend to veer into the realm of fantsy/sci-fi. If I wanted to play with real runs, I'd pack a few of my real guns into the trunk and head out to shoot some man-targets at the range.
