The Can I Run It Thread

I did a few searches and I can't find a topic like this so I figured I'd make one. The Can I Run It thread is for those PC gamers who have an issue finding out if you can run a game as sometimes minimum system requirements is not only vague, but also untrue in some cases. Posting what you want to run and which spec you're not sure you meet is required. I'll start this off with my question.

I want to run The Witcher 2. I have a Mobility Radeon 4500 series card with 512MB DDR3. The rest I know I meet or exceed the minimum requirements. If anyone knows more about computers than I do, please throw me a bone. Thank you very much.

I seen various times on message boards saying that the site is inaccurate... or maybe it was a different site. Too bad there isn't a demo for witcher 2. PC games should ALL come out with demos of something that is the most demanding or even more demanding than anything else in the game so people can at least know their systems can play it or not..

I highly doubt the computer I'm using can play witcher 2 though... I'm sorry I can't help you, all this video card jargon confuses the heck out of me, lol but it seems that there are people with much better video cards and computer online who have a harder time playing the 1st witcher than I do. , hopefully it seems highly likely Witcher 2will come out for consoles.

You could always borrow Witcher 2.

It was the same with Witcher 1 (though that game had a demo, it was craptastic), where I told my friends "here, try this. If you like it, buy it."
