Sorry, let me make myself clear. You take the item you just got from the combined items (IBing) and combine it with another item. For instance, you could've said "Combine IBing and a velociraptor" or "Combine a helicopter and IBing."

I'll answer the second hypothetical combo.

You get a BacROFLcopter.

Combine a BacROFLcopter with a hat.
