I rather liked the Shadow Trooper armor in Jedi Outcast, partially the look, partially the it-resists-fucking-lightsabers thing.

Isaac Clarke's lvl. 3 suit has always struck me as really cool looking.

The protagonist of System Shock 2 had some really weird but at the same time cool armor. Oh, and you thought that Adam Jensen was the first Cyberpunk FPS/RPG character with eyewear built directly into his skull?

The kinda silvery armour set in Dead Space two. I forget what it's called.
WoW occasionally has nice looking armour sets, usually they're a bit overblown. The mage Tier 5, shaman T10, druid t7.5, priest 6, hunter 7, shaman 7... shaman 10... urm...
