I'm a big fan of all the crazy pop locking and break dancing the crazy kids are doing these days, it's fun as hell to watch (especially when done to something with a seriously banging beat). I really dig "America's Next Top Dance Crew" on MTV for getting me so interested in this stuff.

Highly depends on what you are good at.
My favourite is Oldscool Shuffle. It's melbourne Shuffle, but it's slow and smooth.
