I think Lucy from Elfen Lied wraps up pretty much everything you're looking for. Unfortunately, I've figured out how to post videos, how to bold, italicize, and underline, and a bunch of other things, but I don't know how to post images! Could someone quote me a pick a good pic of Lucy (not of her in the nude, or near nude, there's a lot of those...)
