Making things bigger, is not revolutionary. It is making things bigger. And all the building options have been toyed with in various ways for years.

Honestly, I don't see the MMO going anywhere revolutionary anymore. I mean, think about: How many successful, non-high fantasy MMOs have come out and stayed out? EvE is the only one I can think of, and just look at what happened to Hellgate: London and Tabula Rasa. In the end, you can only deviate so much from that formula

Then again, the cause of that could have been the games themselves being bad, and not the setting

A character being one of the Orkz would actually kind of suck...Low health, forced to work in a unit with seventy other people...But still, this sounds interesting.

What do you mean, low health and being forced to work in a unit with seventy other people? I assure you in Warhammer fluff an ordinary Ork/Orc is around as strong as a Spacemarine. And they are much tougher than odinary men.

In 40K an ORDINARY Ork(I'm talkin' Boyz here) has one wound, and you need to roll a 2-3 to hit pretty much every time. They aren't anywhere NEAR as strong as a Space Marine, unless I'm playing against someone who just has a weird army...>.<

Sorry I meant fluffwise and in physical strength, or course that's only in some books. Others state that Orks are ultra weak, but without their strength they haven't got much going for them (aside from numbers)

So how do the Orcs in Fantasy work, then?

Well the average orc is stronger than the average human by 1 point the same with toughness, they have less initiative though and less leadership. I started with 40k (Dark Angels) but fantasy is alot easier and the armies have ranks aswell. Orcs use golblins aswell which are extremly cheap and you can just flood with them, Greenskins the spells goblins get are also amazing. Though if your guys loose the combat unless they are near a general your kind of screwed, Black Orcs are pretty insane aswell.

Seriously, have you seen any footage of the game? The stuff we have seen so far is nothing short of abysmal in terms of gameplay, design, graphics and sound. Really sub-par.

Sure it all looks and sounds great on paper, but such a a small company couldn't hope to create something that will equal other MMO's around today.
I have a feeling you will be severely disappointed.
