True, it still felt really linear despite it's supposed open world. The side quests were meh. Dead Space took this concept and did it well.stinkychops said:I don't understand why they made it non-linear to be honest, its not as though theres much point.miracleofsound said:I agree there are some seriously bad navigation issues in it. I think it really could have done with map markers at points so you didn't have to spend twenty minutes searching areas with your ultra slow walk.Pseudonym2 said:snip
Also the Hills level was a total pain in the ass to find your way around as it kept teleporting you back to the same spot and you couldn't see the correct path through the mist.
Still think the game is fantastic though.
The giant cannon was just obscenely cool.

Which are also two year old games....miracleofsound said:But the presentation, holy shit, I can't belive this game is two years old, the graphics are up there with Bioshock and Condemned 2
Condemned 2 came out in March/April 2008. Unless you are living a year into the future and writing through an magical internet time loop that would mean it is not two years old.johnman said:Which are also two year old games....miracleofsound said:But the presentation, holy shit, I can't belive this game is two years old, the graphics are up there with Bioshock and Condemned 2
