The Decimated Earth
Imperial year 740 A.F.WFN (Afer Formation of World Federation of Nations). The world is in a state of nature, where no one person governs the world anymore, the silver rebellion fueled a war against the four large super powers that controlled the world. The American Federation, The Russian Empire, The Japanese Empire, and the Indian Federation. All these groups had at one time been peaceful, and had formed the WFN, however, a horrible incident occured, an experimental Cryo bomb exploded, freezing an entire landmass, and throwing the earth into chaos, as the temperature became colder.
At first, it was thought to be a mere accident, but upon further inspection, someone had manipulated the bomb. The bomb's original purpose was for experimentation on venus, to see if the scientist's calculations were correct, and if they could try to terraform the planet.
The world was then thrown into chaos, as other countries suspected sabotage, and accused each other of being a threat to the world.
A massive war had broke out in the year 790, the Japanese Empire had invented a new type of robotic veichle, the veichle was a spider tank, the veichle had four legs, with wheels in the bottom of the veichle, it was even capable of flight, thus, it was a multipurpose weapon, serving as a naval unit, an air unit, and ground unit. It served every purpose, even acting as a submarine.
The other super powers of the world made their own weapons as well, The Indian Federation made advanced propulsion systems for tanks, and such. Bringing about the worlds first hover tanks, and using it to make more advanced fighters. The Russian Empire made a series of battleships, basically like zepplins, but these used something much more advanced to keep them afloat. And finally the American Federation, they used an advanced bipedal mech, this mech would function as the greatest ground unit during the war, being able to outmanuever many ground units, and eventually being able to go underwater.
Neither side gave in, eventually, rebellions broke out in the super powers when they ran low on resources. Finally, the nations broke apart, untill the point where people used city states. Caring only for themselves, people started to try, and gain territory, even if it meant killing innocent people. This was known as the blood rebellion. Finnaly, someone had taken control of an abandoned research lab, this lab contained the worlds deadliest bomb, without any idea what it did, the person used the bomb. Unfortunatley, the bomb was capable of wiping all human existence from the face of the earth, it is unknown who built this, and why it was built, but it was used at the time, turning the entire earth into ruins. Citys eventually became overgrown, and all human live was destroyed, or was it?
The year is now 10427, various types of organisms started to rise from the ashes of the fallen world, the world was now free of government, and this year, there would be a rising forces that would either govern the world, or conquer it completly.

You may have two characters maximum, and only one race. In other words, only two sheets.
Rules:No god modding, No Mary Sue, and you can't be very smart, and strong, and you can't be strong, and reproduce alot. This all depends on your sheet, just try to not have anything that is obviously overpowered.
