Agreed, the song had relevance to nothing.Jamienra said:relevant to what? they seemed a bit crap to me...
I'm with this guy who I have never met before. That's gibberish and what is it relevant to?.Xvito said:I searched Google...
Those lyrics did not make sense. Explain them for me will you?
dont feel stupid. we all look at lyrics in different ways. for example Axl Rose's chinese democracy is so different after you have read slash's biography. but people who hadnt read it wouldnt know that or what they mean. The bands probably want unique opinions on there music ^^Reaperman64 said:about genrally we look for meaning where there is none and how some things make alot more sense as an idea than actually applying it...
like the line "theres no more truth in fate than in chance"
wow...im looking dumb now...
Seem's like a fairly decent, orginal set of lyrics. I'm not going to look into their ryming pattern and beat, but from a quick read it seems...not quite something i agree with, it seems to be about the futility of deep thought, relatavism, and humankinds doomed to fail attempts to find truth in this world amougst absract concepts. Perhaps the only truth is that there is no truth. Damn this is getting close to Nihlism. Still, the lyrics are thought provoking, and that alone puts it above the other 90% crap that is out there in music.Your bed
At night
Awake
Uptight
Your hopes
Your fears
Your lips
God's ears
Days come
And go
Beauty dissolves into skull
Time keeps spinning round
History thunders down
Every step of the climb
Led you to this place and time
There's no more power in darkness than in light
There's no more truth above you than inside.
The deep down truth, the deep down truth
Your heart
Your mind
Uncoiled
Unblind
Ego undressed
All time compressed
Into that shadow on the wall
>From the raindrop waterfall
Crawling down the misting glass
To the future from the past
Every step you take
Leads you from this time and place
There's no more strength in hatred than in love
There's no more truth beneath you than above
There's no more truth in sadness than in joy
There's no more tenderness in girls than in boys
There's no more truth in hope than in grief
There's no more truth in a saint than a thief
There's no more truth in fate than in chance
There's no more truth in your mind than your heart
There's no more justice in peace than in war
There's no more time behind us than before
The deep down truth, the deep down truth
The deep down truth, the deep down truth
The deep down truth, the deep down truth
Thanks there and to the guy above, very true god is dead and so forth...Jamienra said:dont feel stupid. we all look at lyrics in different ways. for example Axl Rose's chinese democracy is so different after you have read slash's biography. but people who hadnt read it wouldnt know that or what they mean.
