No more delays! I've been playing Granblue Fantasy VS. Once Doom Eternal comes out, it's this and GF are the only things I am really going to focus on for a long while.

Yup, watched it. Funny how Rogan can sound both condescending and stoked about something at the same time. It kinda seems like he could be an armchair gamer, or backseat gamer.

Almost certainly that will change one way or another though.

Also one of the best things I?ve read about one area I was most concerned about -

A Fortress of Doom hub (which I call the "Doom Room") allows for a bit of respite and a way to store your collectibles between missions, like a fun interactive "next mission" menu. I didn?t even have much of a problem with MK11?s Krypts as I never wanted or needed to use MTX?s there, but it sounds like this could be even less grindy feeling in terms of reaping significant rewards.

i don't see the point. everyone's already decided it's the greatest thing since diced conservative and any reviewer or person that says the slightest hint otherwise must be a cynical contrarian naysayer looking for clikcbait. people want their confirmation bias and bugger all else. a recent positive review I happened upon for this had these wealth of highest voted comments moaning that it wasn't positive enough god damn it. the reviewer was gushing for sure, but because the level of gushing was deemed insufficient, peoples don't like it. and if that's the mindset the hyped majority go into reviews with, then reviews are redundant and interest in them is a dumb farce. they only want total validation

No shit, Sherelock. The memes between Animal Cross & Doom fans is old news. I'm glad both parties are getting along great. What the fuck that got to do with metacritic? I don't use metacritic to validate my opinion on a movie or game. Most of the info there ain't worth much. Metacritic is useful some of the time, but I'm old enough to judge for myself.




anyway i guess you guys are right. Escapist members like you guys only play Mature rated games for Hardcore Gamers such as yourselves.

1. You don't even know a quarter of my tastes. You don't know shit, so don't put words in my mouth and act like you know everything about everyone.

2. I'm an all variety gamer. Some genres I don't care or like, but as long as the game ain't going out its way to screw over the consumer/player, I have respect for the product and the people behind it.

3. Never once did I called you "kiddie" for liking anything Nintendo or associate you that way. There are games for everyone or somebody at any age. Though you do sound exactly what an immature kid or teen would respond in such a butt hurt manner. Once again, this is why I don't take you seriously most of the time. Do me a solid and learn to read and think before you speak. Or type in this case.

I'll probably start playing it tomorrow - Wednesday/Thursday is effectively my weekend due to how my hours are structured, so I should be able to get a good run tomorrow (not starting today for various reasons). I'll post my thoughts when I get round to it.
