The elusive trophy/achievement

Most of the Secret Mission Achievements in Tales of Vesperia. These are for doing specific things during boss battles, and I would really like to see you do some of them on your first run through without a guide.

OT: The Seeker Achievement from Symphony of the Night,still can't fill out all the map.

The go out and live your life achievement that came with my X-box still eludes me.

I can't remember what its called but the one for killing all the templars in Assassins Creed. I have methodically gone through it with my guide and one has glitched somewhere and won't appear.

The 960/1000 makes die a little inside.

This is the exact same achievement I was going to mention when I saw the title.I've gone over every templar location at least four times,still can't the one I'm missing.Must be glitched for me as well.

The '5-star all songs on Expert' one for Guitar hero 2. Did it on the PlayStation, but Misirlou keeps fucking me over on the 360 for some reason... more of a can't be bothered than a cannot do, but still... 950/1000 :'(
