I find it abit of a bummer that is US only to win prizes, so that means if I live outside of US I can still play and help people fight, but no way that I can earn any of the prizes :'(

So for people who live outside US ( seems most game companies lately think there is nothing outside the US -.-) could only win something if they have a friend/family living in the US.

Making the website actually have the wallpaper isn't hard I think. But yeah, the guy who creates the planning (kudos to you) needs to work pretty hard I'm sure.

Also, I've been wondering something. I already put my (Canadian) adress, which I know the prizes can't be shipped to, but in the off change that I do win a prize can I ask that it be mailed to my Uncle who lives in the United States (and I would than ask him to send it here to me)?

Well winners will have to sign an affidavit which will state where they live and then have it notarized. So, your uncle won't be able to fill out the affidavit for you because your name and address won't match his name and address.

As a side note, it looks as though the 3rd province isn't stacked evenly across the board. I remember a note about that in the rules somewhere...

Well, they are threatening two territories from the one recently taken, which has been known to cause headaches for a defender, and often creates opportunities for the attacker.
