I just watched all eight of the Endless Eight in The Melancholy Of Haruhi Suzumiya back to back >.- I think Ive developed a twitch, as well as being able to mouth the whole thing word for word....Someone.....HELP ME >.<

Episode..........Your missing an S of the end there. Eight of them, all pretty much identical. By episode 4 I was starting to wonder if I was just going loopy and actually read the comments to make sure it wasnt just me. I guess thats a triumph, Ive never had anything make me question my sanity before....

It appeared in one of the light novels. I have no idea why they decided to fuck with the fanbase by including it in the anime though. I haven't read the novel it's in yet, but I can only assume that the Endless Eight actually worked in book form. Unlike in the animated version that just angers people and can only make you assume that the studio was being lazy as fuck.

Also, if you haven't already, you should try to track down the light novels and read them. Or I'll buy one of these:
