i'm currently playing through the endless setlist 2 with my girlfriend and her brother, sharing the responsibility by using 2 guitars and swapping. so to pass the time i thought i'd ask if anyone has any interesting stories from their experiences completing this epic journey.

I saw the achievment and thought "who in their right mind would even attempt that"...

I've never tried it and probably never will.

I wish. I cannot get my brother to play through it with me...and I'm also not too thrilled about the ending songs. If I failed those after all that time...
*shudder*
But best of luck to you!

Started the Endless Setlist on the first Rock Band with a friend. About halfway through my 360 got the RRoD. Haven't tried the Endless Setlist or the Endless Setlist 2 again. But this summer... I am getting that Bladder of Steel achievement!

Endless setlist, what do you have to do to get that play forever or something?

nah it's not literal! but it's all the songs you get with rockband 2, minus the rockband 1 songs and downloadables. which is 84 songs. think it'll take about six hours, and we're about a third of the way through now!

Considering I can't play all of those songs on drums (because I can only play expert) I will never attempt that until I gold star all of the songs, currently I am at 6.

you can only play expert? well fair enough. it doesn't seem to make a difference what score you can on each song, though obviously can't fail it all together. doing this does make me realise how shit the songs are that you ge with the normal rockband 2 :p

Yeah, because usually I listen to the song, and then drum it on my drumset, and then play it on rockband, so when I play on Hard or whatever, I usually play a lot of extra notes.

I have some friends who completed the endless setlist on Rock Band 1... on medium.
I've been tempted to try and do it by myself on vocals and guitar but it takes so long. Maybe this summer I will finally get around to the challenge.

I paused for a couple of breaks and ran the Endless Setlist through on expert bass guitar. I'd rather have done it on expert drums but there are a couple of songs right at the back end of the list that would have shut me down, causing me to waste HOURS of effort.

yeah i do find that kind of annoying. we were gonna use the drums as well as the two guitars but the last few songs they can't do on hard, so it would've screwed it up right at the end!!

MY brother and I have been meaning to do it one of these days. We still have to figure out what difficulty we are going to use to make sure we can get through it well enough. Visions is in it yeah? If it is, thats a poo.

If anyone is thinking about getting the Bladder of Steel Award, you might want to get a USB extension cable for your mic and go through on medium vocals. There's just no way that you can not leave the room for 5 hours and 56 minutes.
