If the last user has an animated icon DRINK
If the last user has an anime character as an icon DRINK
If the last user made any spelling mistakes DRINK
If the last user quoted anybody DRINK
If the quote had any spelling mistakes DRINK
If the last user wrote the word 'lol' DRINK
If the last user posts something off topic DRINK (this isn't an excuse to do so)
Amount of DRINKS to consume = last users total message count /1000 rounded to the nearest number.

Post the amount of drinks your supposed to drink

1-3: Tipsy
4-6: Drunk
7-10: Rat-headed
11-13: Smashed
14-16: Wrecked
17-20: Dead
21-30: HOLY SHIT
30+: dead even if you drunk 7-up
