I love it when developers do stuff like this. Reminds me of back when "Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time" had the original Prince of Persia game hidden away in it.

Nope, I actually have it unlocked on my Gamecube version.
I can't speak for the Ps2 or HD versions, but I'd take it you can unlock it on there as well.
