I would LOVE to learn Krav Maga. That looks pretty efficent with no flare. I have been trained in Tae Kwon Do, Army Combatives (basics), and (even though I wouldn't refer to this as a "discipline") I have done some backyard wrestling...I know that prob doesn't count but I feel it deserves to be mentioned. Also, having studied medicine (I used to be an EMT), I know how to cause some damage.

I learned a few things from my friends, also a few really dirty fighting tactics I picked up(a good hit to the throat always wins a fight fast). I plan to start attending classes at a Krav Maga studio after I go to college, seeing as the closest one to where I live is about 100 miles away. I am also a pretty good shot with a rifle and pistol as well.

Step one: Kick in balls.
Step two: Run away.

No matter how much martial arts training you have, this is always the way to go.[/quote] Or throat, eyes, nose, carotid arteries, ears, bottom of rib cage...I could continue.

I've done 8 months of Boxing, Muay Thai, and Brazilian Jiujitsu training. I've done some Boxing sparring, but never got good enough for amateur fights. Before that, I did 13 months of cardio kickboxing, 10 months of mixed martial arts, and 7 months of Kenpo.

My conditioning/cardio is decent, and my absurd level of flexibility has saved my ass in submission grappling plenty of times, but I'm not that strong, and my balance sucks. I've never won any matches in tournaments, and I've never been in a serious street fight. Of the martial arts I've trained in, Boxing seems to be the one I'm best suited to.

I can throw a few punches, and I've won a few fights, but I don't have any formal knowledge of any fighting style.

I just punch like a mad bastard and then headbutt them.
block, punch your face whilst you thrust it at me.
I have done roughly 18 months of the kung fu that MAD Bruce Lee. I am a teenager and can overcome fully grown men.
Despite this my favourite fighting style has to be Shot-Gun.

Well, my father was a mean drunk, and on more than one occasion I had to (attempt) to stop him. So, I know how to fight dirty and scrappy. I've been in a few other fights than that and it's never fun.

Karate for a few months, and wrestling for a few months. Other than that, not too much.

I take Tae Kwon Do but I don't take it all that seriously to be honest, I try to avoid fighting at all costs when it comes to someone being a dick to me and I usually try to react to being hit though I have slow reflexes I haven't been in many fights anyway.

I trained in tae kwon do for two years. That was about 6 years ago. I have the knowledge, but no longer have my old strength, stamaina or flexibility. I feel confident I could hold my own in a one on one brawl but I'd rather not put it to the test.

I've done a few years of boxing and about a years worth of Kyu-Kushin Karate, but I doubt I'd last to the final round in a tournament of either.

I'm usually able to avoid conflicts by bluffing, I'm about 6'4 tall with pretty broad shoulders and a goatee so people generally dont eff with me. I'm also a bit of an actor so I know how to trick people into backing down and how to make myself seem way more threatening that what I really am. Just like a Frill Neck lizard.

No matter how much martial arts training you have, this is always the way to go.
what if they stand sideways, know how to defend themselves or are a woman?
If they're standing sideways they can hardly be rapidly advancing on you, in which case, you can probably proceed to step 2, if they can defend themselves, you're probably screwed without having any training yourself and well, have you ever seen a woman get kicked in the groin? They aren't fans of it.

And yes, I have had training in both traditional Karate and Escrima, but my I stand by the groin kick as a great way to defend yourself.
