Alrighty!

It's been a bit sense I last posted an update of crap I've been doing, so I thought now sense my freedom is iminent, I can actually get my thoughts streight and post!

So first off: My game, I have settled a lot of stuff on this, and production will begin after I get my new Gaming laptop this summer. I have a small team, and we will make it, but we still have a lot of issues.
I have changed a lot of stuff sense my first post about it, mainly game modes and stuff. (Don't worry, the unique ones like Hold Out are still in, they have just been slightly tweaked)

Second: The PC situation, I am getting that gaming laptop, one obstical though, my current laptop, I have to sell it, TO CRAIGSLIST!

Third: (I could use some advice here) The girl... (Yeah, Another post by MASTACHIEFPWN that has to do with a girl I like...) So I recently started talking to this girl who I really like, she is super friendly, pretty, funny, AND DID I MENTION SHE'S PRETTY? but anyway, that's where my problem stands. I have gotten a crapton of advice from my friends, but every piece seems to contradict another, One friend says I should get to know her for like 4 months, one says I should take things at a slower pace, and another says I should have a rather fast pace... HALP. Tomorrow I want to ask her for her Cell phone number, and I am sort of nervious... I was wondering what words to say, but I think I have that down. I just need to know what I need to do, I mean, I really like her, and I don't want to mess up any chance I may have... So, how do you think I should take it with her, at a slower pace, or fast pace? I just need to know. (Note, My school year ends in 13 days, she doesn't have a facebook, and if I don't get her number withen that amount of time, I will loose all connection to her over the summer)
So yeah, any help there will be much appreciated...

I'll try to keep anyone interested in my game posted, and I will write a complete topic on it tomorrow, so yeah...

My school year is about to end, and I will be free, but I have a lot on my plate, but anything I get done, it will be greatly looked upon by myself. This is my final push towards getting crap done, and I hope it works.

Might as well get her number, if you and her are good friends. And like everyboy says about going out with someone, don't sweat it. Just act natural, try to be friends, and hang out with her sometime.

First Person shooter made on Source SDK, I'm trying to implement enough stuff to make it original, and not a COD clone (Which it is not turning out to be)

I suppose that it is appropriate...

But, I wasn't able to ask her for it today, I talked to her, but her friends viciously attacked her and I didn't get a chance to ask.

Why don't you just be casual/truthful about it? Say something like, "We should keep in touch over the summer. Can I have your cell number?" except more, y'know, personalized.

But whenever you are asked for your cell number, don't you usually give it to whoever is asking? And it's not like you and this girl are total strangers, either, so I think you'll be fine.

Also, I'd take it slow if I were you. I personally think that dating is a greater form of friendship, and without having a solid friendship with the person before that, dating is pointless.
