Its a good website. Came for ZP, stayed for the gamer talk, absurdity, philosophy, politics, and depression that effectively sum up most of the post genres.

But in all seriousness its a descent site with good videos and reasonably intelligent company. The mods are good at keeping this place in check and there's nothing I can complain about. Plus I get to voice my opinion and be under the delusion I'm contributing as apposed to going outside. All hail the Escapist.

I just enjoy making my two cents heard on things (I comment on prettymuch everything of my friends on Facebook as well) and this is one of the better sites to do that on. There's some wonderful people, good ideas and you aren't disparaged for what you like or believe in. They seem pretty good to me.

I like reading the opinions of others, and giving opinions myself. Besides, apart from the occasional idiot or two, the escapist is a hardly known website and we should aim to keep it that way, because the forums are free from the moronic clutter that so commonly plagues the other areas of the world wide web. And if I have a question, I know who to take it too if nobody I know can answer me.

I like these forums because people don't smile upon flaming and report it, but have mercy on the sites noobs and just give them warnings. Makes for a good community
