The fucking auto-save!

I really seem to get beaten and pissed on by games the majority likes. I recently bought mass effect and while playing I had to restart the level. So to express the amount of PISSED FUCKING OFF that I got I will share it in the form of a letter
Dear Mass Effect,
Learn why we need fucking auto-save. I do get that I shouldn't have to stop every 10 seconds to wait for the save to be done, but please save before a fucking boss fight that immobilizes you then stands there shooting. I really do not get why you have this silly shit. Why is it that I had to re-load a level because I floated a bit on lava in a fucking TANK?!? I just would like to see, that in Mass Effect 2 that you try a little harder with the saves. It may sound petty, but fuck you Mr. Effect I don't want to break immersion every time I exit a room to go and save.

Okay, no that that is out of my system please make a letter to a game that you wish would have done better at.

Hah, the saving on mass effect annoyed me to, though quick save only takes 2 secs for me, I just had to learn to do it very often, other than that, the game is a beast!

Seriously, Take a break. Or give up. The gamedoesnt have an autosave and as much as it may bug you, Deal with it or go elsewhere.

Would you jump in a car and then tell it you hate it because it cant fly? Instead of shouting at limitations, look at what the game can do. In this case it can annoy you.

This is supposed to be a fun forum not kill-person-who-has-different-opinion forum, and if you're thinking that that was just an weak and flimsy excuse it is.

Just opened a chest? SAVE!

Just finished a convo? SAVE!

Just killed a minuscule rat? SAVE!

Yeah, I'm my own auto save.

Huh. Time for me to admit I never actually finished the game cause it made my head hurt with its grainy screen and shaky walking motions when you have your gun out? =P

I can never survive a game with no autosave, tho I also use quicksave frequently... I die a lot, ok?!

Dear Two Worlds:

The idea of an online (XBL) game resembling Oblivion is certainly an attractive one. I can even accept a lower standard of graphics, it doesn't really bug me. The voice acting is even forgivable. However, I can not forgive god awful game play in a game. If one you had more thoroughly ripped off Oblivion, you could have been an alright game. As it is, you were quite disappointing, and if anyone ever decides to resurrect you with a sequel, I would appreciate it if you addressed my concerns, as well as the concerns of the rest of the gaming community, about your quality.

Your lack of fast travel and the wierd looking horses made it difficult to finish your game, thank you for fixing it in Assassins Creed 2(a very fun game might I add) I hope you do as good on the third instalment. Your the first sequel I enjoyed more than the first.

Checkpoints + available often + resets all your everything to what it was at (life/mana/ammo/etc) to when you checked + hard-save-anywhere ability = gold.

Dear Far Cry 2,

I am writing this letter to tell you that the idea of making purebred buddies was an awful one. The buddies may look competent, but the amount of controlled inbreeding you inflicted upon them has made them utterly retarded. I would like to see this remedied so that the next time I join up with a buddy he isn't shooting and shouting obscenities at a crumbling wall. As amusing as this is, it makes it very hard to keep him or her alive.
