The funniest thing I've ever seen? Does it have to a be a video? Because mine was a comment I saw about the newest video from 30 Seconds to Mars, and the comment was: "Jared Leto is an absolute legend in the mind of Jared Leto." I honestly have never laughed so hard at anything recently.

Since the effect of a laugh wears off each time you hear the joke/see the funny thing, the best I can do is describe the most recent thing that made me laugh my ass off. Unfortunately there's no clip that I can share with everyone since it happens right in the middle of the most recent Cinema Snob review: Don't Go Into The Woods...Alone!

The movie cuts to a shot of the sky through some trees. There's a few moments of silence before you hear a deranged cry/yell/pirate-laugh from the mountain-man killer. It then cuts to The Snob saying "Well I'm glad the sound guy is enjoying this movie so much it caused him to ejaculate, but I've still got some problems with this film!"

The reason the joke works so well is just the shot from the movie combined with the sound the mountain-man makes (who is completely off-screen, like I said it's just a shot of the sky through some trees), followed by the Snob's joke. All those combine to form a bit that made me laugh myself to tears, which I haven't done in a good long while. Gotta say I really needed it too.

Ok, I have a couple of stories, I have no video because it never entered my head to be filming while these events took place.

The first story comes from Download Festival '08 myself and my brother were watching Throwdown, they played an excellent set and it comes to the last song of the set and the singer says words to the effect of "I want all you motherfuckers in the pit to charge at the pussies standing at the back!" Both of us, past our mosh pit days are standing at the back and ready ourselves for the onrushing people. There is a guy standing in front of my brother and the song kicks in, the people at the front do as the singer asks and charge at the people in the back. The bloke in front gets the brunt of it, unfortunately he is holding two pints of lager and as he gets hit by the charge the pints he's holding get knocked and the lager ends up hitting my brother in the face. I don't know how the set ended, I was too busy laughing my ass off.

The second comes from Christmas Day years ago, I can't remember the year. But it had come to dinner time and we are all sitting around the table. The cats are circling the table like sharks waiting for any food to be dropped or any scraps to be fed to them, the dog is waiting patiently but hopefully. One of my cats, Briar, decides that waiting is for chumps and leaps onto the table next to my brother. Everyone is like "ha ha pussy cat" and my brother picks her up to put her back on the ground. But as he picks her up, she manages to grab the turkey from his plate and when she is back on the ground she runs off to wherever to enjoy her meal. My dinner got quite cold while I laughed my ass off.
