Some of the comedy in South Park: Bigger, Longer and Uncut is pitch perfect, so much so I literally am on the floor everytime.
Mr Garrison: How would you like detention?
Cartman: How would you like to suck my balls?
Class: *Gasp*
Mr Garrison: WHAT DID YOU JUST SAY!?
Cartman: Oh I'm sorry, what I meant to say was. [Takes out megaphone] How would you like to suck my balls, Mr Garrison?
Class & Garrison: *Silent*

Also the whole of the Scorpio episode of the Simpsons:
Scorpio: You don't like them then neither do! [Throws shoes] So long! Hey, you ever see a man say goodbye to his shoes?
Homer: Yes, once.
Scorpio: Here, hang my coat on the wall. [Hands Homer his coat]
Homer: Hmmm... [can't find a wall]
Scorpio: That's alright Homer, here at Globotech we don't believe in walls. In fact, I didn't even give you my coat [Scorpio now wearing said coat on backwards].
Homer: Hmmmm!
Agent Bunt: [In a thick Sean Connery voice] Scorpio you're totally mad.
Scorpio: I wouldn't point fingers you jerk.
Agent Bunt: I hope you don't expect me to talk.
Scorpio: No, I expect you to die and be a very cheap funeral.
Fuck, I'm slightly worries all of that was from memory and probably not more than a few words out. I could probably get through 90% of the script of that episode given a few hours.
