The Future of Bleach

Ok, so me and my friend on steam were talkin today about the directio Bleach is heading in and I thought to myself the same thing I always think "hey, this is a good topic idea".

What direction do you think it is heading in, does it have at least a few years? Will it be cancelled? Etc.

(dammit Im not talkin about laundry)

I think it has a while but its not going to last for long.
i really hope it ends on a strong note, the past few chapters have been pretty trolltastic, but the most recent one, depending on how you see it, looks promising.

Oh wait, you mean the Anime ... It should last a good bit longer, but they're not leaving it much to do after the current Arc is finished, unless they do more Fillers until they get an idea.

All in all, I suppose it still has another few years.

As for the Manga (No clue how I forgot the Manga, I bloody read it every Week), I'm honestly not sure, but I would suppose another few years, same as the Anime

Actually it wouldn't be that hard to make a Spin-off using Kon and the other Mod Souls.

Actually, that kinda sounds like an "anime-only" story arc.

To me it seems to be heading in the direction of naruto what with all the fillers and all. But since I've read on in the manga, there is some pretty cool stuff waiting to happen.

A few new Bankai releases appear, I'm not going to say who.

And many more. Although I will admit, some are a bit stupid.

In conclusion, I don't think it will be cancelled, but if anything the series should end when

It would annoy me, to not see the main villain get what's coming to him.

At least nowadays. You know how the plot used to be mysterious and cool?

Hmm, how about we claim that EVERY FRIKKIN' THING THAT HAPPENED WAS PLANED OUT BY THE VILLAIN!

Seriously, BLEACH is trying way hard to have a convoluted plot, and it's failing hard. The manga used to be so awesome, but now it's all angst and plot twists.

Seriously, how many times can you have a person use deus ex machina to win a fight? I recall a match that had the two people fighting shifting between Deus ex Machinas 5 TIMES!

"You are strong... BUT I HAVE SUPER-SECRET WEAPON!"

"NOOOOOOOOO!... PSYCHE! I also have super-secret weapon!"

"NOOOOOOOO!... PSYCHE! I have moar secret-weapon!"

"NOOOOOOOO!... PSYCHE! I also have moar secret-weapon!"

And it goes on and on and on.

Do you know how boring it is to have a bad guy that has been played out as a god? IT'S BORING! That's what made the ending to Shaman King suck ass! There wasn't a decent final battle, they just used the power of love to defeat the villain.

The ending to Bleach will suck and I hope the show dies

I never really got into Bleach that well. I tried to like it so don't say I never gave it a chance. But they're probably going to do something that involves ghosts!

Well, this would seem to be the final battle, though at the rate things are going, it won't wrap up for awhile.
Though if it remains popular enough, there will probably be a new story arc or something.

Yea, I want to see some more Bankai releases and some more characters, (however i do not want it to go in the direction of naruto, i hate that show)

Well, with the most recent chapter release......I think bleach is rapidly becomming more and more ridiculous.

All of Ichigo's life had been planned out for him since birth, by Aizen.

I've had enough, where as naruto has been getting better lately9manga, not the anime), bleach has just stopped making sense. I almost forgot why all of the stuff in bleach is happening. They never discuss Aizen's motivation except for that one time years ago. Literally years ago.
The only thing keeping me reading is the hope Ichigo snaps and kills everyone. You know how happy I was when he used the Quincy as a sheath for his sword?

Thats how bleach has always been. Then again the villain likes his mind games, mayhap he's just bullshitting all of it? Plus yeah the fights are pretty petty that way so I just shift through them to see pretty pictures. Although if it doesn't end after the conclusion of this arc then it is doomed to failure, very little can save it, very fucking little.

OT: Were going to see Ichigo get his ass kicked thrown down and he's going to go hollow then he's going to overpower it and be all awesome. Or some variation of that equation, but that's whats going to happen.

Also he's going to claim the power of friendship too, thats important.

look at the ulquiorra fight, it was maddening long.

i'm still unsure about gin though.
he must have something other than talent to keep aizen his interest in him.

I think that they will do a Harry Potter parody next or maybe and chapter where one of the main characters plays Team Fortress. Either that or another year or two of unbroken fight scenes that ends with the main character drawing on all of his inner reserves and untapped potential to kill god.

If I was him, I'd have had enough of everyones(especially Orihime's) bullshit.
Plus it's not like he's the most stable character in the series. It really doesn't take much for him to start going crazy.

Considering how much it is suffering from shounen syndrome I hope it crashes, burns, and causes a quantum collapse that erases it from out memories. Basically what I'm saying it it was good and fun, but when you figure out nobody important is allowed to die, then the series loses all fun and charm.
