I busted my Halo 3 disk when I was on a 20 game losing streak.

More recently, Super Meat Boy. The 2nd boss has been busting my balls for a while now. I blame the keyboard, not my fault, nope.

Battletoads 2 co-op

There is this one sequence in Legacy of Kain: Defiance where Raziel has to run and jump while the camera is hovering slightly from above. The room is circular, so you have to jump in slight circles. But while jumping the camera turns because it touches the wall, and you are in a hurry. I kept missing jumps because the camera kept turning and thus the direction you have to push as well.

SNES - Zombies Ate my Neighbors. Password feature was useless. Didn't save weapons/items. So you had to play from the beginning. One morning, I played for four hours straight and made it to the last level - whereupon I lost my last victim and got a game over. I didn't even get to lose to Dr. Tongue. I never tried again.

Well the game itself usually doesn't trigger something like that for me.

I get REALLY frustrated when i know i could be doing extremely well in a MP game, but my slow ass internet connection says otherwise.

The only single player game to get me pissed was the original Mafia.

Soul Calibur 4's Tower of Lost Souls got me sometimes both ascending and descending. Especially on the later levels where you only could choose on character in acending mode. Gah, Goddamn ringouts on descending mode.

Ugh...

Ninja Gaiden, only beat the first boss because I revived when his guard was down and just wailed on him. Empire at War, I just cannot get a handle on RTS games, I can't imagine I'm doing anything so stupid that I get killed on the first mission. FFX, the dragon killed me so many times before I figured out how Rikku worked in the fight, & Rachet and Clank. Never broken anything in frustration though mostly because that nagging voice goes, "DO YOU KNOW HOW MUCH THAT COSTS?!?!"

Not many games have frustrated me recently, but I owe that to selective gaming, mainly knowing how other people react to it and deciding if I want that much stress.

Call of Duty 4 on Veteran. I'm not really good a FPS's and I died...a lot. I'm pretty sure that game introduced me to profuse swearing.

Any kirby game...

Seriously Mirrors edge, the thing is I was trying to get the stupid "no kills" throphy. Actually that game made me think about trophies and achievements and I found them retrimental to game experience, trying to achieve something just to make my gamerscore bigger took out a lot of fun from playing and experience the game fully since some achievements require you to play the whole game with the worst possible weapon. So I started just playing and if there's something I would like to achieve, I would play the game again, or just forget about it and play anither game and have more fun :p

Because of difficulty? Three words. Mile. High. Club.

Because of shitty controls/camera/etc? PC port of Saints Row 2.

Because the characters are annoying and I wish they would shut up so I can get to the game? FFVIII.

Ones that first come to mind.

Usually games frustrate me because they are otherwise really good despite a few flaws that I blame more on the designer's end. Mega Man 10 does this. Too goshdern frustrating at the end.

Demon's Souls didn't frustrate me so much at it pissed me off.

Demon's Souls by far. It probably has the best autosave ever in a game. If you turn the console off when you see the game over screen it will still be there when you turn it on again! how bloody cruel!

One day, I decided to go to the store and purchase a new game. I wanted a bit of a challenge, but overall, I wanted something fun and relaxing. As I scanned the shelves, one game caught my eye. It seemed to have everything I was looking for: a main character who was cute, but kind of creepy looking at the same time, challenging platforming action, humor, and a generous amount of character lives, which I assumed were there to make the game a bit easier. I handed my cash over to the cashier, and happily walked out, new game in hand.

...I don't want to talk about it.
