No, there's no such thing as the Games Olympics.

There are gaming tournaments held by independent parties, such as the Ironman of Gaming tournament held at SGC, or things like international Starcraft tournaments, but that's it.

I really don't think it exists.

If it did it should involve:

An arcade brawler
Super Smash Bros
Team Fortress 2, COD and Halo
Pokemon
A realistic racer/arcade racer (don't know much about this genre)
A kart racer (Mario Kart)
Rock Band individual instruments and full band
Starcraft or another popular RTS
Maybe WoW
