I can't help but notice that we seem to argue a lot on this forum. We might as well get good at it!
So, I propose making a game out of this with the following rules:
1) A poster may decide to use their post to either suggest a topic or continue a debate. When suggesting a topic or continuing, try to think of and take positions that don't feel close to the heart. When in doubt, avoid religion, politics and sex.
2) After suggesting a topic or continuing a debate, they should, if possible, suggest how to improve an argument already posted. (Restating an argument, clarifying a point, avoiding a fallacy, etc.)

So, I'd like to suggest the following as a topic for debate:
"Are Forum Games Just Meaningless Post Count Padding or Something More?"

It's not! While my post count can mostly be attributed to this part of the forums, I have had a lot of fun around here and even had to laugh a few times. But if you want to go around discussing gender politics in some artsy indie game I have never heard of, or about "integruty in gamezjurnalism". Then you are in the wrong place.

Next topic: The OP is a fun hating nazicommunist for even suggesting that Forum Games is merely to pad the post count when it's obviously so much more.

The OP is an enlightened unsung genius whose wise words about padding post numbers is both insightful and proves he is not interest in either National Socialism, or the Dictatorship of the Proletariat.

Next topic: Hamsters make better pets than fish. Deal with it.
