Cupcakes? Now, I've been doing weekly Top something lists shows about games for... 4-5 years, but I haven't gotten to cupcakes yet. How long has that guy been doing it for to scrape the bottom of the barrel so much?
And in case you're wondering how, the reason I've made it so far is that I eschew expectations, like Top 7 Hottest characters, started with the intro to one of the Dead or Alive porn games, but quickly transitioned to Dhalsim, cause he breadths fire, and is therefor hot, like, temperature. Get it?
(also the posting window keeps resizing on Opera for some reason)

I guess...the idea here is that while a select few game journalists take their job seriously and try to show some intelligent thought and ethics about their profession, it's quickly overshadowed by the ones that are acting like lazy dolts who put together vapid, pointless fluff pieces that pointlessly waste time.
Wow, this is the first one of these that I've looked at that doesn't have an essay attached to it explaining why it's so funny/relevant. Which is so ironic because I don't quite get it and think I need it explained.
At times it can seem like all you're doing is spitting in the wind, huh?
For what it's worth, I think we are all getting better. Slowly, but most changes that are good are worth waiting for.

I like to think the guy was told to write about gaming cupcakes so he had to work his ideas into that article.

Personally I like the tiny articles at the end because usaully they come with a nice story. Like that one last week about how to punish your kids with their games.
