I found this under SNK boss on TV Tropes.

Apparently the man playing is the Japanese Guilty Gear XX champion. And is thoroughly destroyed by the final boss of an old fighting game called Kaiser Knuckle. Also digging around I found out it was released outside Japan as Global Champion with the final boss difficulty tuned way down.

What game is that in the first video? I think I saw it before.
From personal experiece it would be God Hand. Capcom always does the "boss rush" thing at the end of their games. It can be pretty tame, like Okami, or arduous as hell like the Viewtiful Joe games and God Hand. Come think of it these are all Clover games. Man I miss Clover.
