The Humble Indie Bundle is a set of five games that allow you to pay what you want for them. You can also allocate how much of the money you spent on these games goes where. Will you allocate all the money to the developers or to the charities on the site.

Now I'm not here to talk about people buying it for $.01 or people buying them and selling them. I just want to talk about this bundle, see if you guys bought it and how much you offered up for it.

Also, if you pay more that the average price for the bundle, currently $5.58, they will throw in the Humble Indie Bundle #2 as well. That's a ton of DRM free games that you can also unlock through Steam if you so choose to.

The games are as follows;

Crayon Physics Deluxe
Cogs
VVVVVV
Hammerfight
And Yet It Moves

You also get two bonus games;

Steel Storm
Atom Zombie Smasher

And, like I mentioned, if you pay more than the average current price you will also get the Humble Indie Bundle #2 which contains;

Braid
Cortex Command
Machinarium
Osmos
Revenge of the Titans

That's 12 great, DRM free games for a minimum purchase of , $5.58. The charities on the site are EFF and Child's Play.

So, did you guys pick up this great deal, if so, what did you spend on it. I paid $12 for mine. I already had a few of the games, so I was really after two in particular.

Here's the url. http://www.humblebundle.com/

Paid $15 for it when it first came out.
Crayon Physics is fun, Hammerfight is difficult, Revenge of the Titans seems good, only played 45-ish minutes of it.
Haven't played anything else yet.

Yep, I already knew about it. I bought HIB#3 before they included the extra games, so I got 12 games all for $1. Yes, I'm a horrible person. Bite me. Also, I already own 8 of the 12 games, so I really just paid $1 for 4 games. Either way, a damn good deal is a damn good deal.

aye, I payed a dollar for it and so far its took 7 quid out of my bank account, angry much i am, specially seeing as its cost more for bank charges and conversion than the charities are getting

edit* just checked me bank, only charged 1.50 for the doo dah, the extra that went missing has been replaced odd much, on another note, the minecraft pass was what sold it for me, i gave it to a friend who I hoped would play the game and we'd start a mega structure together

I spent 15$ before the second bundle was also given, so they sent me an email about including it a couple days later...

It really is the gift that keeps on giving isn't it? It seems like every day I'm finding more and more games in my steam library from it.

I just got it today :D unfortunately, fucking Ubuntu can't run any of them (or at the very least I don't know how to run stuff. Can't wait to get Windows back.)

I paid $7. I might have paid more, but I'm in a real money crunch right now. So far, I like VVVVVV the most.

I paid one dollar due to being poor until pay day but I'll be upping that after then to about $15. The only negative thing I'll say is that the games aren't giftable, I already owned VVVVVV so I should've got a spare copy on Steam but I didn't.

The one dollar method seemed the best way to do it, if I'd have held off until I had more the sale would have ended.

In my opinion this is actually a weak bundle, I already owned VVVVVV and I consider that to be the 'killer app' in this list. Crayon Physics is pretty damn fun too and Steel Storm is a cool old-school shooter but Hammerfight sucks and the other two are a but dull. I notice they've added Atom Zombie Smasher to the bundle so I'll have to check that out! The first bundle was still the best in my opinion.
Hammerfight was actually my favourite so far, the thing with it is you have to set the sensitivity as high as possible (Which in-game equates to setting it as low as possibly at 100 for some reason).

Im not counting Atom Zombie Smasher here because I already had that game but if I do that easily wins.
