Just run around for the full year in there.

When I got out... The gravity of our actual planet would be so much less.... I'd be the FLASH!

So I'd run backwards as fast as I could, that way I'd go back in time and get another minute in the chamber... And another... And another.

Until I was able to run faster then light.

I'd drain a pint of my blood as often as it was safe and store it in a container. Aside from that, I'd workout and study Portuguese.... and possibly French if I had the time. When my time in the chamber finishes, I'd have not only improve myself physically and mentally, but have a years supply of my blood to give to those in need. Goes pretty well with my whole "improve myself to be as awesome as I can, and help out other people along the way" approach to life.

Though I must say Conza's idea is more creative. Nothing in the OP's post that says you can't bring multiple people in the chamber.

Bass. An entire year of bass. Rob a store that carries Warwick Mustangs or some Spectors, and bass that shit up. By the time I'm done, the callouses will be an inch thick and my thumb will be begging for me to stop slapping.

Most likely work out alot, since it would always be the same weather, 10x gravity might take a while to get used to though. I would also make sure it was stocked with only healthy foods. I would also work oout in the nude, except running, because it hurts me when they hit my legs.
