This is a toughie. Well...
The very first thing that I would do is check to see if the planes radio is still working. If it is working then I would take it and whatever form of compass the plane had with me. Second I would limp away from the wreckage and get as far away as possible. There's a lot of smoke and it's acting like a beacon to anyone that would looking for me. Once I've reached a somewhat safe distance from the plane (so that I won't be immediately discovered, about a mile) I would do my best to splint my leg so I could cover more ground and make sure that it heals correctly. Once that is done, a place to sleep is the next necessity. It's going to be difficult to do, but I would climb a tree with low starting branches and try to at least get some sleep. It may be difficult to sleep but the rest will help the leg and give me more energy the the trek that I need to make tomorrow. Before going to sleep, I would try to use my radio (if it worked) to see if there were any German companies anywhere near me. There most likely will not be so it is time to sleep. Assuming I haven't been found in the night, the rest of trip will be hiking through countryside, hopefully finding a walking stick, and drinking from streams. I could use my pistol to kill game but it would make to much noise so I would need to try to subsist on berries and fruits I find in the wild. After repeating the hike towards the German border/sleep in a tree process a few times, hopefully I would be able to find a friendly patrol with the radio.
I'm not sure it's what you wanted, but I did my best. Sorry if I took some liberties, I just wasn't entirely sure about everything.
