The Internet People

The other night i was talking to my girlfriend through facebook and she asked me what i was doing. Here's the entire conversation after that point:

"Sara: so what are you up to?

Me: arguing on the internet inbetween bouts of homework

Sara: arguing with whom?

Me: internet people

Sara: oh

Me: yeah, there are actually little people who live off the bandwidth and dwell in servers. occasionally i like to yell at them

Sara: haha, alright

Me: it's actually quite sad that they lack the ability to acquire the skills to get jobs so they can raise money to afford better lives...
but what can you do...?"

I was thinking of turning this idea into a story. Comments or ideas are welcome.

OT: I won't comment on the success or failure of your story idea, mainly because I dislike sci-fi-esque stuff as a rule so my opinion would be horrible discoloured.

Anyway, you probably came off as a complete jackass to your girlfriend. Did you think you were coming off as a badass to her by informing her that you like to go on the internet to argue with people and put them down? Get off your high horse.

Not only do they hide your porn, but sell it off to more people, just to steal it from them and sell it again, and so on and so on. They are a rather distubing people those 4chanians are, i dont think us simple Escapians will ever fully understand them.

I don't know, something just annoyed me about someone posting on the internet about how people who post on the internet are weird enough to make a film out of. Like they were like the people I described (who are film worthy, or southpark episode worthy anyway)
