Nope, I'm fairly doubtful of it even now. As far as I was concerned the use of ?! or !? was perfectly fine.
And having seen a ‽ typed it looks like neither of the punctuation marks it's comprised of. Just looks messy.

I don't like it, along with that sarcasm mark as well.

I always thought the interrobang was just this -> ?!
I guess it's neat that there's a Unicode symbol for it now, though...

I have heard of it, and the only time I use it is in writing for school work. I just like to mess with my teachers.
