I'm thinking about buying myself an Ipod touch.
But first I want to know about the web browsing... is it well done ? does it support flash ? I know there's an app for youtube, but can I watch any video on the internet ? If I'm too watch Doraleous and associates,I may as well do it taking a dump.

And I tunes.... most of my music has been ripped for cd, can I put it on the Ipod ? If I still have the original cd, can I rip the cd directly to the Ipod ? How about home made mp3s....Anybody ever had one blocked by itunes ?

Can you use it as a USB drive an carry your files around ?
Can I go on my gmail account and download files from there ?

CD's, yes but you must upload the Cd's to your comp. extract the Mp3. then sync ur Ipod

Flash is not on the Ipod.

USB, no, it's a one way terminal except for deleting.

And whatever you do, DO NOT BUY YOUR MUSIC FOR THE IPOD FROM THE IPOD. ALWAYS ACCESS THE STORE FROM A COMPUTER

I'm using an iPod touch right now and it's great! It only seems that I can watch videos on Youtube (so no ZP). Songs you put on your iTunes from a CD work and browsing the Internet works fine.

really!?!? No porn either !! just kiding but can someone confirm that oly youtube videos can be watched ? I'd like to watch south park streaming, but it pretty much alway with flash videos.

I though youtube was using flash . When did that change ?
