A thread was made about the Mighty Boosh, and many mentioned the IT Crowd. I just wanted to know, what are the great peoples of the Escapist's opinions on the IT crowd?

Yeah it's a show, and epically funny at that. Especially the episode about the internet.
Equal to Garth's Dark place if not better (And I do not say that lightly...)!

its got the bloke who plays Dean Learner from Dark Place in it.

Steve Dark, its equal to Dark Place, but its not better. only thing thats slightly, and i mean ever so slightly is Man to Man

It's okay, a bit dull though and only just humorous, I wouldn't say it's funny very often. The canned laughter is on almost every line and very annoying. The acting is atrocious, especially from 'Jen'.

Ah, I was talking about the IT crowd eariler.

Anyway, i'll say the same thing again: The IT Crowd = Awesome.
Better than Father Ted, the other series by Graham Lineguan. I'm sure I just spelt his name wrong.

The IT Crowd has been something I have come to know and love over the past three years, the writing can be very clever. Jen does tend to get annoying but the cast is still excellent. And to the person who said it was canned laughter, it's filmed in front of a studio audience most of the time.

My favourite episode has got to be the gay musical one, that episode had me in stitches.
