You find it you keep it, the task was to find five unique collectibles it was a bronze trophy for Battlefield Bad Company, I rented the game a few days ago as I am planning to buy bad company 2 and I wanted to play the first game before doing so.

The achievement for doing the Assassin's loyalty mission in Mass Effect 2. I finished the game but I messed up on his mission and therefore missed the achievement so I started a new playthrough to get it.

Insanity just means beat the game on insanity difficulty, it was challenging but fun.

Siding with the Templars in the Broken Circle quest... basically entails allowing all of the mages, including the first enchanter to die during the Uldred fight.
If you choose to go that route in your game, I suggest you don't agree with the templar right before Uldred, or Wynne will attack you and you'll be forced to kill her.

Escape; though I'm considering busting out Dragon Age to unlock more achievements. The amount of 'romance' achievements i have in comparison to anything else is shameful
