Fuam sat there, grimacing lightly as he began repeatedly touching his other four fingers to his thumb "Well..It hurts like the fires of Hades...but I don't think anything important was damaged." He said, thinking aloud.
"So: How's everyone holding up thus far? everyone still feel among the living?" He queried with a grin

Eve stood up, her body almost completely regenerated.
"We should go and help the others. This cave should let us go out the other side of the mountain. We should go" Eve said to the group.

Fuam stood and stretched "You heard the lady." Was all he said, looking around the cave and retrieving some moss from the sides, then moving and grabbing a stick, skewering the moss before lighting it in the fire, making a makeshift torch.

I'll be offline but I'll let you walk through the cave a bit, talk about strategy and why the hell we're going inside a cave.

"No, I don't think they have." Ramba told Strife as they went further in. "I can't speak for the other group, though. They may have actually managed to find the cave. Or perhaps they did not. I suppose it doesn't really matter in the long run."

"...What do you mean, no handle for the sword?" The Enemy asked, nonplussed. She stood up and followed Fuam. "You may not want to screech here, or we might all go deaf," she advised him with a tinge of snarkiness. "As for injuries, I think I bruised my side, but I'll live."

"Screech!?" he said, putting on a mock-injured tone as he turned to Tamu with an over-emphasized hurt expression
"Good madam. I do much more than 'screech'...sometimes...I...whistle?" he offered weakly

getting up and using her wings to pick up Lorronix while not disturbing her, Matridom followed the group and away from Fuam's torch. "sorry if i seem reclusive but fire isn't my strong suit. also Fuam if you make any loud noise in here give us warning so we can still hear. Thanks."

"Would you like to set up camp old-timer? You seem to have taken quite the strain when you demolished those bats back there. We can rest in one of the larger caves and wait for the others to catch up, or wait for the people who went on the left path to catch up to us." Strife said, looking over to Ramba.

"I am capable of handling anything these caves can throw at me." The increasingly curmudgeonly older man informed Strife. "However, I would suggest we make camp. The others are not going to be much good on their own in a place this dark; and if they're going to help me kill the raiders, they'll probably need to live until the end of this. How about up ahead?"

He pointed up to a a small nook in the rock, apparently just before the entrance to a much larger section of the tunnels. Inside the alcove was enough room for the both of them to comfortably rest, and a small stream of water steadily poured down the back.

"Good madam?" Tamu asked, amused. "I'm not some kind of tribe leader, sweetie," she taunted. "Tamu is fine. Or The Enemy, if that's what you want." She paused for a moment. "I can hear someone," she said, picking up the pace. "It's probably the others!"

"You got it." Strife said, motioning for the older man to take a seat nearer to the stream so that he would be able to get a drink first. He took down the armor on his arms so that the only armor left on his was on his upper torso and legs. He sighed and cupped his hands in the stream so that he could get a small mouthful.

Eve stopped. "Tamu, we heard sounds. We didn't hear them." Eve said, looking for a piece of sharp rock on the ground. Eve found a small piece and cut her right forearm.
"Always be on our guard, child" Eve said.
"Dragoness, I prefer you utilize your skills in the front." Eve turned back, addresing Martidom.

Grimm was awoken by a sudden glaring beam of light that sprang forth from the ceiling of the cave. It was only after this that he noticed the low trembling of the mountain as if it were shifting in it's place.

A mountain that moves?

Grimm raised his hands to block the uninvited light from shining in his eyes further, not realising at first the gravity of what this meant. Grimm began to chuckle at the revelation of the folly behind his action. His body was under his control once more.

As Grimm instinctively went to push himself back into a standing position he was struck by a sharp pain racing through his body that forced him to stop. Grimm shook his head hoping that it would help clear the grogginess of a long, painful sleep.

Grimm turned to his side that had been attacked by the vile creature to inspect the decipher how much of a handicap it would present. The hole, where his flesh and muscle had been, was now filled with his shadows as a way of preventing further bloodless as well as aiding in mending the flesh. Next came his legs, like his side the muscle and flesh had been damaged except this time under Grimm's instruction. The knotted tendrils appeared to have secured all the damaged tissue back in their correct place and would not leave him crippled like he was expecting. Running was out of the question however.

Grimm rose to his feet, slowly, and began making his way deeper into the cave. Along his way he came across the sure signs of battle, the carcasses of some strange abominations were sprawled out across the floor. any normal man may have gagged at the site of it but Grimm would not be phased by such things. He had seen, -done -, far worse.

Eventually Grimm found his way into a larger section of the cave, the sound of running water could be heard. In the distance he could make out two figures. Grimm guessed that they were his companions that had slain the monster earlier and wandered off ahead.

Grimm cautiously approached the two.

Variava had layed there for a while, before eventually falling asleep. There was nothing to be done about this foot, he just couldn't feel it. His boot was off and his foot was bare and unmoving as he closed his eyes and just relaxed, trying to go with the flow. He had a wierd dream where he had to hit crystals of varying colors, but instead of his bow, he had a slingshot, and a man was babbling on about something behind the counter. When he hit every crystal without fail, the man behind the counter threw some nuts at him, and Variava woke with a start.

"The nuts!" He screamed as he sat up quickly, and noticed everyone had gone from his resting place. Gathering his mind real quick, he grabbed his boot and shaked it off, before sliding it on his foot. He felt the boot slide on, which was a good sign. He stood up carefully, testing the weight on his foot. It seemed fine, so he continued on the path. "Hellooo? Is anyone there?" He called out quickly, hoping someone would answer.

"Tamu, eh? Don't hit me, but: that's kind of adorable." he said, grinning as he went and broke off a chunk of rock, resting it on his shoulder like a club.
He looked around somewhat slowly, trying to pinpoint the source of the sound, considering the echo caused by the cave walls

"Oh, shut up." The Enemy smacked Fuam lightly on the side of the head. "See why I prefer The Enemy?" she said. "Much more frightening to evil then Tamu. Or Fuam, for that matter. Wait, I see someone now! It's... that... one guy. Hey! It's us!" she shouted to Grimm.

"If you see a silhouette-" Eve created a small blood blade. She couldn't risk losing any more blood now, "-It doesn't mean you can identify it." Eve said with a calculated tone.

I want us to fight the summoner at the moment and then they'll join us in the middle of the fight.

"What's the password?" Eve shouted at the silhouette.

Matridom moved up next to the rest of the group "This should get interesting if its not grimm, also i might be a little bit hindered with Lorronix on my back if we get into a fight at the moment. the most i could do is support." she then broke off a bunch of arrow head shaped rocks.

Eve could hear the sound of footsteps getting closer. "I forgot the password" A voice came from the direction of the footsteps. Eve turned to the group and whispered, "We didn't agree on any password. Get ready to fight" .
