Being inspired by the new Avengers movie, The justice league machinima I just seen and a picture on the web called The Justice League of anime, I was wondering what the Justice League of gaming would be. A seven person team of pc, and console game characters that would be a kickass team of crime fighters. I was thinking of.

Duke Nukem
Lara Croft
Doom guy
Quake guy
Solid Snake
Gordon Freeman

I cant think of a 7th, can anyone add or change any of the characters ?

What, no Chell on the list? Zis iz en outrage! Oh, and Phoenix Wright, really. He may look just like your average lawyery type, but some stuff that would have killed a mere mortal just makes him sore for the evening.

I'd actually consider Nukem to be more of a liability than an asset. He's powerful, certainly, but the team is far more likely to work as a cohesive unit without him.

In any case, my choices.

Muscle:
Kratos
Alex Mercer (doubles as infiltration unit/spy)

Firepower:
Master Chief
Commander Shepherd
HK-47
Samus Aran

Logistics/transport:
Chell (or just that portal gun of her's)
Joker

Intel:
Shodan (with its ethical subroutines still installed thank you very much)

Infiltration:
Sam Fisher
Agent 47

maybe duke would be a loose cannon so to speak,, Sam fisher would be a great asset for spying, infiltration

Altaïr (Assassin's Creed)
Commander Shepard (Mass Effect)
Dovahkin (Skyrim)
Geralt of Rivia (The Witcher)
JC Denton (Deus Ex)
Kratos (God of War)
Lightning (Final Fantasy XIII)
Naked Snake (MGS3)

I'd say it's reasonably balanced. Of course, Shepard and Dovahkin are variables.

Come to think of it though, he doesn't necessarily have to work with the team to be useful.

Just tell him the bad guys are keeping all the hot babes at location X, then go ahead with your plan to attack/infiltrate/whatever location Y after Duke occupies their attention.

Sam could work with the team behind the scenes, thats very true.

Sam: the (insert bad guy team name here) are going to attack (national monument) at noon tomorrow. be on the lookout [sam sneaks out the back door when nobody is looking]

so we are assuming that in best comic book logic sword fighting is useful against guns?

oh and i would add jim raynor for command because he has a habit for beating absurd odds. and fenix for heroic sacrifices.

oh and the entire cast of tf2, they should be useful
