This is the only Fallout NV DLC that I haven't played yet and I'm kinda on the fence about it. I'm just not that sure if I want to buy it or not, on one hand Ulysses looks like an awesome character, on the other the only other DLC I enjoyed for that game was Dead Money. Honest Hearts was boring, and people say that Old World Blues was hilarious and brilliant while personally I found it to be annoying (for the most part, I did chuckle when I was talking to my own brain) so it's 1 good 2 bad for me. Can I get any recommendations?

It's probably the most atmospheric DLC after Dead Money, however, it is very linear, with pretty much no scope for exploration at all. Also, it is a very tough DLC. Multiple Deathclaw fights are the least of your worries in the Divide. That level >25 requirement is not just for show.

As DLCs for New Vegas went, it was in third place for me, with OWB top, Honest Hearts second, and Dead Money last (so perhaps I'm not the best person to listen to, given your own preferences). It's challenging, has some great unique gear and perks added to the game, and fleshes out the Courier's backstory, along with finishing the Ulysses mini-arc they had running in the DLCs. I would recommend it, but don't expect to be wandering far off the beaten track.

Lonesome Road is very linear, has alot of difficult monsters, and a very cool atmosphere. With that said... it was certainly one of the weaker DLC's i've seen from either of the recent Fallout games. It's not as bad as, say, Mothership Zeta in Fallout 3 was, but it isn't as great as Old World Blues.

It depends upon how much you like Fallout. If you are like me, an unashamed fan, then get Lonesome Road. If you are not however... i'd do some more thinking before you decide to grab it.
