Which game will last the longest?
When I say this I meen which game will still have thoasands of players still playing it when the grahpics are outdated, game engine made redundant etc.
Pac man is still played but not hard core.
Warcraft 3 is one such game people still play though out dated.
the reason? My guess is because of the mods.
look at half life. Its old but all the mods make it playable, the main one being Gmod and counter strike.
Everyone agrees morrowind, Doom and quake were great games and they lasted a long time however the active playing community has been shorted a peg or two.
Wow should last a long time however being an mmo it will eventually burn out.
Even if you hate dota and counter strike theres no denying that these games have survived the test of time....for now.
