The Longest You've gone Without Games

So, I just noticed yesterday that I haven't actually played any video games that much since the start of the summer. This is kind of odd since I usually play them quite regularly, yet I didn't even realise that I haven't been playing lately.

So I was just curious, what is the longest period of time that you've gone without playing games?
Add reasons if you can.

6 months 5 days 9 hours. Not that I was counting...or memorized that time. I guess technically I went 3 years without gaming but that was prior to me being introduced to them.

edit: I was grounded and I don't want to share why beyond that. To hint at it I will say that I had less freedom than a convicted felon. Now I understand why they need various things by law.

1 week. That's when I went on holiday, and didn't have my laptop.

I kinda accidently ruined my aunts wedding by flooding the Washrooms in the Restautant they were celebrating, which resulted in me not Gaming for half a year.Or watching TV.Or pretty much doing anything.

How exactly do you go about flooding a restaurant washroom?

Well, you put a lot of toilet Paper in everything and then flush a lot.I don't even know why I did it anymore.It was about 13 years ago.But hey that dude she married cheated on her and she divorced him anyway.

Longest time (Not counting when I was too young) is about five...six months. Some times it gets to a point where you've played all your games, and all the ones coming out over a long period of time suck. 05 was a perfect example. Back then, I had completed all I had, and nothing good was coming out. Sure, there were a few PC games, but my computer is not only too shite to play most PC games after 02, but there just wasn't anything that got my spidy senses tingling, so to say.
